Bio

Dr. Karley-Dale Talbot is a registered psychologist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC #2689), with specialized training in clinical psychology and neuropsychology across the lifespan. She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology (Neuropsychology specialization) from the University of Victoria, completed her doctoral residency at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario, and a two-year post-doctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology at BC Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Talbot provides comprehensive, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive neuropsychological and psycho-educational assessments for individuals aged 4 to 55 with neurological, neurodevelopmental, and psychological conditions, including brain injury, epilepsy, oncology-related conditions, and complex developmental and behavioural presentations. She has practiced across tertiary pediatric hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation, community mental health, and private practice in British Columbia.

In addition to assessment, Dr. Talbot offers evidence-based psychological treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and families, with expertise in functional neurological disorders, somatic symptom disorders, anxiety, depressive disorders, developmental trauma, and grief. Her work emphasizes education, functional recovery, and psychological adjustment, and she remains active in research, teaching, and supervision.
