Bio

Dr. Benjamin is a clinical neuropsychologist registered with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia (CPBC #4057) and in Connecticut, USA (#8423). He currently works as a Neuropsychologist at Vancouver General Hospital's epilepsy program, where he co-leads the fMRI Program. He has private neuropsychology practice in Vancouver and serves as an Associate Professor (Adjunct) in the Department of Neurology at Yale Medical School.

Dr. Benjamin's clinical practice focuses on neuropsychological assessment of adults, with expertise and interest in epilepsy and neurosurgical planning, traumatic brain injury, and functional neurological disorders. He trained in clinical neuropsychology at the University of Melbourne, Australia, then completed research fellowships at Harvard Medical School and Boston Children's Hospital, and a clinical fellowship in neuropsychology at UCLA, where he was appointed Chief Fellow. He joined Yale Medical School in 2014 and has mentored over 30 trainees in neuropsychology across his career.

Dr. Benjamin has published more than 30 peer-reviewed articles, and was co-author of the OHBM international consensus guidelines for clinical language fMRI (2025).
