Catherine Chlebak specializes in vocational assessments, counselling services related to adjustment to injuries and disability, and related testing services. Interests include chronic pain, disability management, complex injury rehabilitation, and mindfulness-based practices.

She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#10973) with a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia, specializing in Vocational Rehabilitation Counselling (2013). Ms. Chlebak also completed a Certificate in Human Resource Management at British Columbia Institute of Technology (2009).
Working with WorkSafeBC since 2014, Catherine has worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant (2014-2021) and a Mental Health Specialist since 2022. She has prepared over 150 rehabilitation plans, conducted hundreds of vocational and employability assessments, and provided specialized mental health disability services to 350+ injured workers.

Publications have focused on mindfulness, chronic pain, return to work, and occupational disability.
