Bio

JS Anderson is a registered physiotherapist and performance specialist whose work focuses on integrative rehabilitation and sustainable high-performance functioning in athletic and executive populations. He is the founder and Clinical Director of Performance Clinic. He leads a multidisciplinary team combining physical medicine, physiotherapy, neuromuscular rehabilitation, and performance psychology within structured, evidence-based frameworks. His clinical expertise includes concussion management, complex injury rehabilitation, and return-to-performance programming for high-functioning individuals operating in demanding environments.

With over two decades of international experience, Mr. Anderson has worked with Olympic athletes, Cirque du Soleil performers, the Royal Ballet, surgeons, special forces and senior executive leaders. His approach aligns physical recovery with cognitive performance and nervous system regulation. He holds a Master of Science in Performance Psychology (with Distinction) from the University of Edinburgh and has contributed to leadership development initiatives informed by executive education programs at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
